Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. After 30 days, we can't accept the return unless the product is defective.
What's Returnable
Unopened, unused product in its original packaging is returnable for a full refund of the product price. Bundles must be returned complete (all bottles, in original kit packaging) to qualify.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@vividfuzionco.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return label and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and drop the package off with the carrier on the label.
Return shipping is free for orders over $75, and a flat $7 label fee applies otherwise (deducted from your refund).
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days after that. We'll email you a confirmation when the refund leaves our end.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — that's on us. Email hello@vividfuzionco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge or refund you in full, your choice.
Non-returnable Items
- Opened or used color products (for hygiene and product-safety reasons).
- Gift cards.
- Bundles and kits once any bottle inside has been opened.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
