Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders after 1 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking email the moment your label prints.
Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Carrier is selected based on destination, weight, and current service quality.
Rates & Free Shipping
- Standard — $8 flat (3–6 business days).
- Free Standard — orders subtotal $75 or more.
- Expedited — calculated at checkout (1–3 business days).
Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery is 3–6 business days from ship date for most US addresses. Expedited is 1–3 business days. Carrier delays beyond our control (weather, holiday volume) can add a day or two during peak periods.
International
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's authorities.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email and on the order confirmation page (save your order number — it starts with VF-).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your mail room first, then wait 24 hours — packages occasionally get scanned a day early. If it still hasn't shown, email hello@vividfuzionco.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll work with the carrier and replace the order at our discretion.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet — once a label prints, the address is locked. Reshipments due to address errors are billed at standard rate.
